VOLVO XC90 GETS A NEW TAX BAND, R-DESIGN AND IMPROVED ENTERTAINMENT FOR 2009 MODEL YEAR

The 2009 Model Year Volvo XC90 D5 Geartronic has a new lower CO2 figure of 224g/km and is now the only premium 7-seat SUV which achieves a sub 225g/km figure in both manual and automatic. This means that either transmission will fall below the Band G threshold for Vehicle Excixe Duty saving drivers £570.

XC90 is now available in the popular R-DESIGN specification including 19-inch alloy wheels as standard.

The car's Rear Seat Entertainment System has also been updated including larger 8in screens at a reduced cost of £1,350 RRP. The system also features an integrated DVD player.
