Rybrook Scoops Dealer of the Year Award

Rybrook Warrington has been named Volvo Dealer of the Year for 2007.

The dealership, which finished a creditable 8th in the 2006 league table, returned excellent customer satisfaction scores in both Sales and Service as well as outstanding car sales figures… both used (137% of target) and new (125% of target) in 2007.

Service and Parts objectives were also surpassed in a truly tremendous overall performance.

“I was extremely delighted and proud to accept the Dealer of the Year award on behalf of everyone at Rybrook Warrington” said Dealer Principal Robert Edge, who was presented with a trophy and various other prizes at the Volvo Dealer Conference in February.

“This achievement is genuinely a team effort, and I am privileged to work with such a committed and professional group of people. It is fundamentally the day-to-day contribution of each individual that makes the difference and I congratulate them all.“ Robert added.

Phil Hand, VCUK’s Network Development Manager, paid tribute to Rybrook’s success. “The Dealer of the Year crown is not one that can be won by chance,” he said, “It takes a real focus in all areas of the business and for me, it is the most accurate measure we can use to determine who really are our best dealers…I am delighted for Robert and his team.”

The dealer of the Year trophy is now proudly displayed in the Warrington showroom.
